The remodelling of the Bleichenhofpassage creates an attractive, functional location for retail and gastronomy, integrated into the Passagenviertel. Open entrances and inviting pathways enable passers-by coming from the streets Bleichenbrücke, Große Bleichen and Hohe Bleichen to continue their journey through the western city centre through the Bleichenhof as a matter of course.
The Bleichenhof will symbolise the entrance to a new city quarter. The remodelling gives the building a new image and makes people curious to discover the new city quarter. The Bleichenhof/Stadthöfe ensemble of buildings is perceived as a shared new urban experience.
